Traditional with a Twist
The current trends seem to be very much leaning towards the traditional country style painted wood kitchen. This is not the look to suit every style of home or pallet for that matter.
What we have noticed in the world of design is the statement “anything goes” this seems to be the trick to make this look blend with your style, your home and above all your design taste.
Here at KAM Design showroom, we have decided to embrace this wave of eclectic style and produced a bespoke look using two different doors that are entirely possible and nestle very nicely together within the design.
Using two different colours with the Barnes/ Langton partnership has worked exquisitely to flow in line with this look.
The Barnes door in GRAVEL featured on the L-shape area of the display The Langton door in SEAL GREY makes up the very grand island and impressive pantry unit, an absolute must in today’s kitchens.
They are married together by the Arizona granite bespoke with a slightly more detailed edge on the island to bring in the beautiful deep cornice on the pantry unit.
Accessories were chosen in chrome, glass mirrored and plain. T-bar and cup handle to add a traditional with a modern twist look. This display shouts statement kitchen and encourages you our potential clients to dare to think out of the box.
We are sick of safe options, and single pallets are flooding this market its time to get brave and reach out to the current waves of the trend.
This kitchen is an offsite production with bespoke carcases to reduce disturbance and add speed to your installation time. Many people fall into the sales trap of assembly on site hence the price tag…. Don’t be fooled.
Langton has two different ends both featured within the display, T & G for a more country feel verse the panelled return ends to mimic doors. All drawer boxes are available in Dovetail oak or standard soft close.
A common aspect of our homes today come in the structure of open living where we blend room to room, to complement this the island boasts of an open-end feature waiting to be dressed in the theme to take into your next area.
The bespoke chimney breast very cleverly hides an extractor. Breakfront hob area gives extra space to cook while looking like the traditional range area. Last but no means least a wine cooler shouts contemporary kitchen yet nestles in nicely with our painted traditional look.
This kitchen is all equipped with NEFF oven with the hide and slide feature, microwave, warming drawer, five burner gas hob and of course the Quooker tap from the traditional range.
A kitchen of this size and quality can range between £17 – £25 000 this gives you the customer a big scope to work with and an idea of budgeting. We are here to talk you through every aspect of creating your dream look and functionality for a price that suits your pocket.
